In this episode, Houston Chronicle reporter Lauren McGaughy stops by to talk about a fight brewing over the adoption of new social studies textbooks in Texas schools. SMU professor Ed Countryman joins us to talk about what he found researching the new social studies textbooks for a report published by the Texas Freedom Network.
