How has Texas become the deadliest state in the U.S. for undocumented immigrants? Staff writer Melissa del Bosque joins us to discuss “Beyond the Border,” a four-part series created in partnership with The Guardian.

Dallas exoneree Chris Scott is our guest this week. After serving 13 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit, Scott helped form a detective agency to look for other wrongful conviction cases. In February, Scott met with the man who did the crime that originally landed him in prison. He talks about that experience and about the upcoming documentary, “Freedom Fighters,” which features his story.
