Mihika Manocha

Mihika Manocha is a high school senior at Cy Fair ISD in Cypress. She is the founder of the Youth Executive Leadership Program (YELP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching public speaking skills to underrepresented students in over six countries. She is committed to advancing education policy and advocacy initiatives in Texas.
