In this episode of Observer Radio, journalist Charlotte Keith joins us to talk about property tax lending. In her six-month investigation for the Observer, Keith and co-writer Caelainn Barr discovered that property tax lending is a virtually risk-free business, but for the most vulnerable homeowners it can be a trap that leads to crippling debt and foreclosure.

Also, Observer staff writer Emily DePrang joins us to recount her spiritual examination of the megachurch phenomenon.

Observer Radio appears on KEOS in College Station on Sundays at 6:30 p.m. and on KOOP in Austin on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m. Subscribe to Observer Radio on iTunes and never miss an episode.
