A Phone Call CAn Do It –

Things go along and go along

almost to monotony, and then

someone is diagnosed, or takes a job

out of town: the whole kaleidoscope

 

chinks.  Do you feel yourself growing vague?

Well, I guess.  The same crystal bell

rang daily for years; then one stroke

shivered it.  The shards lie there and twinkle.
