Raise Taxes, Increase Pollution

This is a fantastic piece of environmental muckraking by KVUE, the Austin NBC affiliate.

The story – “Could Houston-area homeowners end up paying more taxes for more pollution?” – has it all: Numbskull bureaucrats running away from the camera, an absurd injustice, and a frisson of informed outrage.
