Molly Ivins on The Texas Observer:

The Texas Observer is award-winning, independent journalism at its best. Texas truly is the National Laboratory for Bad Government, and the Observer lays it out, without the varnish. With your help, the Observer tackles the corruption in politics and the everyday heroes who fight it - the important stories that the corporate dailies can’t or won’t cover.

The Texas Observer is more than a magazine - it's a community of people like you and me, who believe that truth and justice are real American values, and we'll fight to see them prevail.

I’m standing behind The Texas Observer 100 percent. Please stand with me and give what you can. Help us keep this rare and independent flower of journalism blooming.

We dedicate ourselves to honoring Molly’s spirit, with honest, hard-hitting journalism. We invite you to join us.
