		<description>This certainly makes a case for the hotly contested animal ID program.  Knowing ahead of an emergency where exotic pets (and other large domestic animals) are located, can help rescue organizations and emergency workers evacuate them properly.
That's assuming the infrastructure is there to utilize the animal ID database, which is a huge assumption.</description>
