Elizabeth Brenner

Liz is Of Counsel at Burns Anderson Jury & Brenner (BAJB). Her practice focuses on estate planning, second-parent adoption, LGBT issues, probate, and appellate law (civil and criminal). Liz graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2003. Since that time, she has served as an attorney for the Texas Workforce Commission and the Texas Ethics Commission. Liz also has extensive experience with public policy, having worked in the Texas Legislature and as the public policy director for a non-profit organization. During law school, Liz served as the Editor-in-Chief of a law journal, the Texas Forum of Civil Liberties and Civil Rights.
